Olivia at 22 Months: Week 97

I had to go out of town for a business trip this week, and it was my first time leaving Olivia overnight. Man, was it rough. She handled it way better than I did and –  between our Facetime sessions and Mike being the Super Dad he always is – she hardly seemed to notice I wasn’t there for a few days.

This week, Olivia:

  • Doesn’t like having sticky hands and says, “Mommy wipe your hands”
  • Says “Daddy, come here!”
  • Knows her colors really well – recognizes blue, green, yellow, red, orange, purple, pink and even brown!
  • Says “Turn off the light!” at bedtime.
  • Loves to play with: fridge magnets,  the sugar packet holder at restaurants and this awesome Green Toys Build-a-Bouquet – it’s so sweet how she makes bouquets for Mike and I.
